Getting started is simple. Complete a secure online intake, then a licensed provider reviews your information to determine whether treatment is appropriate. If approved, your prescription is sent to a pharmacy for fulfillment and shipped directly to your door

After you submit your intake, a licensed medical provider will carefully review your information. In most states, this review can be completed asynchronously through your secure online questionnaire. However, some states require a brief phone consultation before treatment can be prescribed. If your state requires a phone appointment, we’ll let you know and guide you through the next steps.

Telehealth regulations vary by state and may change over time. Currently, Washington DC, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico require phone appointments for both initial consultations and follow-up visits. Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia require a phone appointment for the initial consultation, while follow-up requirements may vary. This list may not include every state as regulations are subject to change.

How Does Overnight Shipping Work?

To help protect temperature-sensitive injectable medications during transit, eligible medications are shipped using UPS Next Day Air Saver®.

Once your order has been approved by your provider, processed by the pharmacy, and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

When Will My Order Arrive?

For most addresses within the continental United States:

• Orders shipped Monday through Thursday are typically delivered the next business day.
• Orders shipped on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally delivered on Monday.

While your medication is shipped using an overnight service, UPS does not typically deliver Next Day Air Saver shipments on weekends. As a result, packages that enter the UPS network later in the week are normally delivered on the next available business day.

Alaska and Hawaii

Due to carrier service availability, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require one additional business day in transit.

Your UPS tracking information will always provide the most accurate estimated delivery date.

Why Doesn’t My Tracking Show Immediate Movement?

After your shipping label is created, your package may not show movement until UPS performs its first scan. This is completely normal and tracking updates typically begin once the carrier has received your package.

Although we use overnight shipping for eligible injectable medications, delivery dates are ultimately determined by the carrier. Severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect transit times.
