Critical Notice Regarding Refunds
Once a prescription is approved and transmitted to a pharmacy for fulfillment, all charges are final and non-refundable.
This includes medication costs, shipping fees, platform access fees, and consultation fees. No refunds are available after an order has been sent to the pharmacy.
Role of Somira Health LLC
Somira Health LLC provides non-clinical platform access and administrative support that allows customers to connect with independent, licensed healthcare providers and regulated pharmacies. Somira Health LLC does not provide medical care, does not make clinical decisions, and does not dispense or ship medications.
Medical services and prescription fulfillment are provided by independent providers and pharmacies and are subject to their respective policies and applicable law. Pharmacy choice is subject to availability and may be changed by the independent providers or fulfillment pharmacy.
Platform Access Fees
Somira Health LLC may charge a platform access fee for non-clinical services such as platform access, administrative support, and customer service.
Platform access fees are non-refundable once access to the platform has been provided, and are not refundable after a prescription has been transmitted to a pharmacy, except where required by applicable law.
Provider Consultations and Medical Services
Consultations with licensed healthcare providers are provided by independent third parties. Once a provider has reviewed your completed health intake or issued a prescription, consultation fees are non-refundable.
Any questions regarding provider decisions, eligibility, or clinical determinations must be directed to the licensed healthcare provider.
Eligibility Determinations and Pre-Pharmacy Refunds
If a licensed healthcare provider determines, based on your completed health intake, that you are not eligible for treatment and no prescription has been issued or transmitted to a pharmacy, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Once a prescription is issued or sent to a pharmacy, no refunds are available, even if fulfillment has not yet occurred.
Cancellations and Intake Corrections
After placing an order, there may be a very limited window to cancel or correct intake information before a prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy. The timing of this window varies depending on how quickly the intake is reviewed.
If you need to cancel an order or correct an intake error, you must contact Somira Health LLC immediately.
Text message is the fastest and preferred method of contact.
Email requests may not be seen in time to stop pharmacy transmission.
Once an order has been sent to the pharmacy, cancellation is no longer possible and no refunds will be issued.
Prescription Medications and Fulfillment
Prescription medications are prepared and dispensed by state-licensed or FDA-registered pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription.
Once a prescription is transmitted to a pharmacy:
The order is final
The medication is non-refundable
The medication cannot be returned or resold
The pharmacy will proceed with fulfillment and shipment
Compounded medications are personalized and made specifically for each patient.
Somira Health LLC does not control pharmacy fulfillment timelines or refund decisions after transmission.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, are set and collected by the dispensing pharmacy and are non-refundable once an order has been transmitted to the pharmacy.
Failed or Incomplete Intakes
If required intake information is not completed, refund eligibility depends on whether a provider review or pharmacy transmission has occurred. No refunds are available once an order has been sent to the pharmacy.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Somira Health LLC support before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks submitted after pharmacy transmission may be disputed with supporting documentation and may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
Changes to This Policy
Somira Health LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted.
