Role of Somira Health LLC
Somira Health LLC does not manufacture, dispense, package, or ship prescription medications. All medications are dispensed and shipped by independent, state-licensed or FDA-registered pharmacies pursuant to prescriptions issued by licensed healthcare providers.
Somira Health LLC provides non-clinical platform access and administrative support only.
Pharmacy Fulfillment and Shipping
When a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is appropriate and issues a prescription, the prescription is transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.
Shipping is handled directly by the dispensing pharmacy, not by Somira Health LLC. Shipping methods, carriers, timelines, and tracking are determined by the pharmacy and may vary based on:
- Medication type and dosage
- State regulatory requirements
- Pharmacy location and processing timelines
- Shipping destination
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping timelines are provided by the dispensing pharmacy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of Somira Health LLC’s control, including but not limited to:
Prescription processing and verification
Medication availability
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Regulatory or compliance requirements
Environmental and External Factors
Shipping times may be affected by environmental and external factors beyond the control of Somira Health LLC, the prescribing provider, or the dispensing pharmacy. These factors may include, but are not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, storms, or natural disasters
Regional or national shipping interruptions
Carrier service limitations or disruptions
Public health emergencies or supply chain disruptions
In some cases, pharmacies may delay shipment, adjust shipping schedules, or modify shipping methods to protect medication integrity or comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are determined by the dispensing pharmacy and are typically included in the overall pricing presented during the intake or checkout process. Somira Health LLC does not independently set or collect shipping fees for medications.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during the intake and fulfillment process. Somira Health LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided to the pharmacy.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If you experience issues with a shipment, including loss, delay, or damage, you should contact the dispensing pharmacy directly using the contact information provided in your patient portal or shipment confirmation.
Somira Health LLC may assist with general administrative inquiries but does not control pharmacy shipping operations.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain medications may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state laws or pharmacy policies. Availability and shipping eligibility are determined by the licensed provider and dispensing pharmacy. Pharmacy choice is subject to availability and may be changed by the independent providers or fulfillment pharmacy.
